Welcome to ZhexCheats. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zhexcheats.com (the "Site") and the software, license keys, and related services we sell. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use does not violate any law applicable to you.

2. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • Activity under your account is your responsibility — including unauthorized purchases.
  • We may rate-limit or temporarily lock accounts after repeated failed sign-in attempts.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect compromise.

3. Licenses

Each license key grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the corresponding software for the duration purchased (e.g. 1 day / 7 days / 30 days / lifetime). You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or share license keys with third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software.
  • Use license keys obtained outside our authorized channels.

Violation of any of the above terminates the license immediately and may forfeit your right to a refund.

4. Inherent Risks

Game enhancement software carries the inherent risk of detection by anti-cheat systems and possible account suspension by the affected game publisher. While we test rigorously and patch quickly, we make no guarantee against bans, hardware ID flags, or other publisher actions. By purchasing, you accept this risk.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Moneymotion (card) and approved cryptocurrency gateways. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable fees. Failed payments result in a CANCELLED order and no license issuance.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No automated scraping of catalog data, account, or download endpoints.
  • No use of our software to harass, threaten, or harm other players in violation of game publisher rules beyond the cheat's intended scope.
  • No use of stolen, fraudulent, or chargeback-prone payment instruments.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for any breach without prior notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, the software, brand names, and all related content are owned by ZhexCheats or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our software are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZhexCheats and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost game progress, or account suspensions — arising from your use of the Site or our software.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZhexCheats from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted via on-site notice or email where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZhexCheats is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation; remaining disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
