Yes, three tiers that unlock permanently based on total spend. Silver unlocks at $150 lifetime spend and gives 5% off every order going forward. Gold at $500 gives 10%, Platinum at $1000 gives 15%. All tiers stack with your wallet balance and apply automatically at checkout.

It's a prepaid balance on your account. Top it up via card or crypto and use it to pay for any order, either in full or just part of it. The balance doesn't expire, and any loyalty discount you've earned still applies on top.

There are no card processing fees on crypto, so we pass part of that saving back as extra balance credit. The exact percentage shows at checkout when you select a crypto option.
