Sandboxie

Open the Sandboxie application.
Select the sandbox you want to delete.
Click on "Delete Contents" or uninstall Sandboxie through Control Panel.

Oracle VirtualBox

Open Oracle VirtualBox.

Right-click and choose "Remove" then select "Delete all files."
